During late summer of 2018 we (a couple of photographers) organized a couple of days with various activities, laughter, games and many photoshoots for young people with cancer. The title "Yes, we CAN(CER)" was the motto of the days.

These young personalities showed all of us how much we still have to learn, how strong one can really be and how incredible and unique each soul is.

We had a big age span in all the 3 days - from the youngest lady with 6 years, to the "oldest" young man with 21 years. Their stories couldn't have been more saddening, nor overwhelming. From skin cancer, carcinomas, leukemia to osteo sarcoma (bone cancer) - there were SO many moving and heart-breaking stories...

 

We've got to meet incredible souls that are capable to live and react in unbelievable ways. They all simply radiate like the sun themselves.
